You can edit Network and Asset Records attributes, by selecting them and then clicking on the Details button for the record you want to edit its attributes (see also the Selection topic).

If you need to do any spatial edits, then you need to go into the editing mode by clicking the Start Spatial Edits button. See Spatial Edits Mode for more information.
