The Program Manager lets architects and space planners list the owner's requirements for the building before they start laying out the building, making sure that all the rooms the owner needs are accounted for, and list out the required size and number required for each space. The Program Manager tracks which spaces have been placed into the design, how many of them are, and what their actual area is, letting the user compare their design to the building owner's requirements, and note any spaces that are not close enough to the required size.

The Program Manager integrates with the existing Place Space tool to make it easier to place spaces defined in the Program Manager, both with a new Quick List floating dialog that lists the available spaces and synchronizes the properties of the placed spaces.
