To use Bentley's Cloud Services to perform analysis and batch design on your model,
use the following procedure.

into your valid CONNECT account.

On the Analysis and Design ribbon tab, select the
Run Cloud Analysis tool in the Cloud
Services group.
The Run Cloud Analysis dialog opens.
Type a Job name.
This must be a unique name.
Note: Only alphanumeric characters are allowed.
The name should not contain any spaces.
Optional: Type a Job description.
Select the Analysis engine to use.
Various recent releases of
STAAD.Pro are included in the drop-down list.
Optional: For models with a large number of load cases, check the Sub-model
analysis option and then specify the No. of
sub-models to use.
Check this option to run multiple instances of
the structural analysis simultaneously with sub-sets of the load cases in
order to speed analysis time.
Tip: A balance should be considered
between faster run times (lower numbers) and faster combining times (higher
numbers). The program will provide a recommended target value to
use.
Click Submit.
You are notified once the analysis job has been successfully created and
queued.
Note: The progress of the job is displayed in the status bar. You can
also click the tool in the status bar to open the Cloud Job
Management dialog.
Once the analysis job is complete, you will be notified with a message from the Windows
task area.
You can use the Load Results and Download
Results tools to either open the results for postprocessing STAAD.Pro or to save to your local computer for review or other
postprocessing later.
