RM Analyzer Help

Menu > Results

This menu provides functions for displaying and evaluating results of the calculation and any interesting intermediate results (e.g. curves describing the actual creep and shrinkage behavior). The results are primarily presented in form of scroll list. Graphical presentations in the graphics window are additionally available.

Menu item Description
Results Alternative presentation of the internal force results of load cases and envelopes.
Load Cases Presentation of results for load cases. Displacements, internal forces and longitudinal stresses in defined stress points may be displayed for all result points. Result points are the nodes and  the start and end points of structural elements as well as any subdivision points. Results may also be displayed for prestressing tendons.
Envelopes Presentation of the results stored in envelopes (superposition files). Like for load case results,  the function allows for presenting displacements, internal forces or longitudinal stresses in defined   stress points for all result points of the model. Each list contains the respective result vectors for a certain "leading" component, i.e. the maximum or minimum values with the concomitant  other values.
Influence lines Graphic presentation of the calculated influence lines. The user selects the traffic lane for  the influence lines to be presented. The position of the respective load train can be presented if the corresponding influence line evaluation has been previously performed.
Plot

Function for creating plot files presenting results and the geometry of the structural model.

  • Directory: Selection of the directory, where the plot files or plot profiles for creating the  plot files should be stored.
  • Plot Container: Function for defining plot profiles for creating complex user defined drawings of arbitrary results.
  • RM Sets: Function for defining RM Sets for the graphic result presentation in form of diagrams
  • Plsys: Alternative function (old kind) for defining the required content of general drawings of arbitrary results.
  • Plsys: Graphic presentation of the curves describing the time dependency of creep, shrinkage and modulus of the concrete, and relaxation behavior of prestressing tendons.
Calculation protocol Function for viewing the calculation protocol of the previously performed analysis.
