Assign
Several assign options are available in both steel standard and steel seismic provision mode. The options available to the engineer under the assign menu are described in the links below.

| Beam/Column/Brace - Size | To assign new sizes to any lateral member. |
| Beam/Column/Brace - Kfactor/Effective Length | To assign effective length factors directly to a member. |
| Beam - Reduced Beam Section | To assign reduced beam section to lateral beams. |
| Column - Flange Bracing | To assign flange bracing directly to a column. |
| Beam - Flange Bracing | To assign flange bracing directly to a beam. |
| Assign - Unbraced Length | To assign the unbraced length directly to a beam, column, brace, or horizontal brace. |
| Sidesway | To assign sidesway characteristics directly to an individual member. |
| Frame Numbers | To assign frame numbers to Lateral Frame members. |
