The RAM Frame program functions in three major modes: Analysis Mode, Steel Mode, Drift Control Mode and Shear Wall Forces Mode. Each mode has its own set of associated Criteria, Assign, Combinations, Process and Report commands.

Analysis mode is further sub-divided into Load Case and Load Combinations Mode.

Steel Mode is also further sub-divided into Standard and Seismic modes.

To change modes select the destination mode from the Mode menu commands or the menu box below the toolbar.
