Copy (Floor)

Used to copy floors from existing elevations to new elevations within the same building. The copied floor must exist in the project building, and the destination must be the building the copied room originates from.

Ribbon: Energy Simulator > Home > Floors > Copy

Setting	Description
Floors	Used to select the floor you want to copy. Lists only the floors existing in the active building.
New name	Used to enter a name for the copied floor. the name entered here will appear in the OpenBuildings Energy Simulator Project Tree.
Delta Z	Used to set the copied floor’s elevation relative to the floor being copied. The value entered here is the amount of elevation change that will occur when the floor is copied.
Copy	Click to finish copying the floor.
