The drawing composition process consists of multiple workflows. Dynamic views have been "automated" in order to simplify these workflows. You can use the Create Drawing dialog to complete these workflows more easily and quickly. You can use different combination of settings in this dialog to complete the Drawing Composition. You can achieve the View Composition and Sheet Composition stages of Drawing Composition faster by using dynamic views automation.

Different dynamic views workflows can be completed by using the Create Drawing Model and Create Sheet Model check boxes in the Create Drawing dialog. These check boxes are enabled or dimmed depending on the settings in the drawing seed in the DGN library.

The subsequent sections give examples of dynamic view workflows and how you can use the Create Drawing dialog to expedite them.
