The Links tab on the Explorer dialog is used to create links in the active or WorkSet link set. The links that you create in link sets can be used by anyone with access to the DGN file or DGN library.

There is a toolbar containing icons at the top of the Links tab. The Create Link icon has a drop-down list with items used to create links to: files, contents of some types of files, folders, websites, e-mail addresses, key-ins, link sets, and configuration variables. The other icons are used to organize links in the link set.
