Modify Member Orientation dialog

This dialog is used to specify a custom longitudinal axis rotation for members.

Opens when the Rotate > Custom tool is selected on the Member ribbon tab in the Edit group.

Setting	Description
Rotation angle	Type an arbitrary rotation angle. You can type a value in either degrees (use units of `deg`) or radians (use units of `rad`). The value will be converted into degrees. Tip: Rotation is clockwise about the local x axis. Negative values may be used for counterclockwise rotation.
