P. To customize the report format

To change the sheet size:
-
On the Reports ribbon tab, select the Page
Setup tool in the Print group.
The Page Setup dialog opens. - Select the Size of paper to use.
- Select either Portrait or Landscape orientation.
- Change the page margins for the report.
- Click OK.

On the Reports ribbon tab, select the Page
Setup tool in the Print group.

To add your logo to the report:
Note: Ensure that the Include Header option is checked on the Options tab.

On the Reports ribbon tab, select the
Configure tool in the Setup
group.
The Report Setup dialog opens. - Select the Header tab.
- Check the Include Logo option.
- Click Browse to locate an image file to use for your logo.
- Select the Alignment of the logo with in the header cell.
- Click OK.

On the Reports ribbon tab, select the
Configure tool in the Setup
group.

To change the font of report elements:

On the Reports ribbon tab, select the
Configure tool in the Setup
group.
The Report Setup dialog opens. - Select the Styles tab.

Click the Edit tool for the report item you want to adjust.
The Font dialog opens.
- Change the font family, size, style, and color options as needed.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for other report items.
- Click OK.

On the Reports ribbon tab, select the
Configure tool in the Setup
group.

To format the size and caption of a picture:
-
Either:
- right-click on the included picture and select Format from the pop-up menu
- on the Reports ribbon tab, select Picture
Manager in the Setup group
The Picture Manager dialog opens. - Select the picture number on the left-hand list.
- Type a new Caption for the picture.

To change the size of the image, either:
- type a Width or Height length
- check the Fit to Page option to automatically scale the image to the page size
Note: A width or height greater than the report area available will be always be scaled down to fit within the area available.

To change the sheet numbering:

On the Reports ribbon tab, select the
Configure tool in the Setup
group.
The Report Setup dialog opens. - Select the Header tab.
- Type a string (up to 5 characters) to use before the sheet number in the Prefix field.
- Type a string (up to 5 characters) to use after the sheet number in the Suffix field.
- Type the initial page number to use in the Page no. starts from field.
- Click OK.

On the Reports ribbon tab, select the
Configure tool in the Setup
group.

To add a watermark to a report:
Note: Watermarks can not be included in Excel export format.

On the Reports ribbon tab, select the
Watermark tool in the Setup
group.
The Watermark dialog opens. -
To add a text watermark:
- On the Text Watermark tab, type a Text string.
- Change the font options as needed.

To add an image watermark:
- On the Picture Watermark tab, select an image file to use.
- Select the image layout options as needed.
- Select the position of the watermark with respect to the report contents.
- Specify the Page Range over which the watermark is added.
- Click OK.
Tip: To remove a watermark, simply click Clear All in the Watermark dialog. -
On the Reports ribbon tab, select the
Watermark tool in the Setup
group.
