Opens when either:
- the Construction Grids tool is selected
- is selected
Construction grids can be added one of three ways: parallel to a beam or wall, at a given angle from a specified point, or through two points.

Select one of the modes by which to add a construction grid:
- Parallel-To-Beam/Wall - parallel to a selected beam or wall, offset by the Dist value
- Parallel-To-Grid - parallel to a selected grid, offset by the Dist value
- Point-Angle - specify an Angle (measured from the Global X axis) and a perpendicular distance from a selected point to the construction grid
- Two Points - select two points through which the construction grid passes
