My Forms
From the My Forms section, you can create new forms and categories, and manage and edit existing forms. Select a category from the My Forms section to view the forms list for that category.
Creating Forms and Categories
From the My Forms section, you can create new forms. For more information, click here. You can also create categories.
Editing, Copying, and Deleting Forms
To edit forms, select the edit icon in the forms list. The form opens in Forms Designer.
From the forms list, you can also create a copy of the
form by selecting the Copy Form
icon. From the Copy Form dialog
box, either
create a new category, or select an existing category from
the Category dropdown. Enter a name for the form in the Name field, then select
Copy. The new copy of the form displays in the
Forms list for the category you selected.
Note: You may need to
update the bindings in the form, since the bindings are not automatically
updated for the new copy of the form. For more information about bindings,

here.
From the forms list, you can delete the form by selecting the Delete icon, and selecting Yes from the Delete Form dialog box.
Form Status and Sharing
From the forms list, you can set the Form Status and change Sharing options. For more information, click here.
