Select Document Version Dialog

Used to select another version of the reference document to attach and lock to the master document. Opens when you select a reference document from the Reference Version Manager dialog and click Select Version.

Setting	Description
Original Document Version	Name — Displays the name of the version that is currently attached to the master document. File Name — Displays the file name of the version that is currently attached to the master document. Version — Displays the label of the version that is currently attached to the master document. Sequence — Displays the sequence number of the version that is currently attached to the master document.
Document Versions list	Lists the versions of the selected reference document. The dialog has its own default view, which displays the Sequence, Version, (Document) Name, and File Name properties for the versions. You can change the dialog’s default view by right-clicking any of the column headers and selecting from the options Choose Columns (to create a new view), Manage Views (to modify existing views), Sort (to change the order in which documents are listed), or Select View (to apply a different view (personal or global) to the dialog).
Show newer versions only	If on, then the only versions that are listed are those that are newer than the version that is currently attached to the master document. If off (default), then all versions of the document display.
OK	Acknowledges the selected version change, and returns you to the Reference Version Manager dialog to apply the change.
Cancel	Closes the dialog without making any changes, and returns you to the Reference Version Manager dialog to make another selection.
