Opens the Reference Version Manager dialog, which is used to lock a specific version of a reference document to the master document. The Manage Reference Versions option is only enabled if the selected document is a master document of a logical set. This option is disabled if the selected document is the main file of a shapefile (SHP) document set, or the main file of other, similar document sets where there is a main file that is always accompanied by a set of related files.
