ProjectWise Explorer Help

Local Document Organizer Dialog

Used to manage the documents that you currently have checked out, copied out, or exported. If you are an administrator, a User list displays in the Filters section of the dialog, which lets you manage documents that are checked out, copied out or exported by any or all users in the datasource.

The Local Document Organizer opens when you select Tools > Local Document Organizer in ProjectWise Explorer. If your user setting, User Interface > Show Local Document Organizer on log out, is on, Local Document Organizer will open automatically whenever you log out of a datasource, whether you are in ProjectWise Explorer or an integrated application.

The Local Document Organizer dialog always opens with the View set to display Checked Out Documents. The actions you can perform from the Local Document Organizer dialog depend on the View option that is active. You can select multiple documents in the Local Document Organizer's list and apply a command to all of them simultaneously.
