To Update the Server Copy of Checked Out Documents Using Local Document Organizer

  1. Open Local Document Organizer (Tools > Local Document Organizer).
  2. Select View > Check Outs.

    Any documents that are currently checked out display in the list.

  3. Select one or more documents in the list.
  4. Select Action > Update Server Copy.

    The copy of the document(s) is updated and a copy is left in your local directory.
