To Refresh the Local Copy of a Copied Out Document Using, Local Document Organizer

Open Local Document Organizer (Tools > Local Document Organizer).

Select View > Copies.

Select one or more documents in the list.

Select Action > Refresh Copy.
The copy of the document in your working directory is replaced with the copy of the document from the server.
