To display large icons for folders and documents, select View > Large Icons or click Large Icons in the Standard toolbar.

To display small icons for folders and documents, select View > Small Icons or click Small Icons in the Standard toolbar.

To display a list of folders and documents (with no details), select View > List or click List in the Standard toolbar.

To display a list of folders and documents (with details), select View > Details, or click Details in the Standard toolbar. Note that the properties (details) that display depend on the view assigned to or currently applied to the current folder, and the columns defined in that view.

To display thumbnail images for the documents in the selected folder, select View > Thumbnails, or click Thumbnails in the Standard toolbar. If there is no thumbnail image for a particular document, then a default image displays in its place. Thumbnail images are generated by your administrator.
