Using Integrated Microsoft® Outlook®

ProjectWise integration with Microsoft® Outlook® lets you:

  • save messages to ProjectWise directly from Microsoft Outlook
  • save message attachments to ProjectWise directly from Microsoft Outlook
  • attach ProjectWise documents, or links to documents, to a new message

Note: With or without integration, you can save Microsoft Outlook messages to ProjectWise by dragging messages from Microsoft Outlook into a project or folder in ProjectWise Explorer.
Note: You cannot save attachments to ProjectWise if you have multiple documents selected in the document list.
