Structural Quantities

A special DataGroup schema provides Structural Linear Members with DataGroup properties used to report on Structural Quantities.

The schema, StructuralQuantities is used to publish Area, Volume and Weight quantities of the Structural model’s existing linear members.

Note: Structural area and volume quantities are based on the geometry of the linear members as well as weight quantities if the supporting section tables and dataset components contain the necessary material properties.
