Modify Properties Dialog
Used for modifying print definitions. The Modify Properties dialog opens in the following situations:
- When you select in Print Organizer with two or more print definitions selected.
- When you select two or more print definitions in Print Organizer and click the Properties icon.
- When you right-click two or more print definitions in Print Organizer and select Properties.
Note: If your selection set contains print definitions of mixed data types, the Modify Properties dialog displays a list box in the upper-right corner to allow you to switch between the various types of settings.
The Modify Properties help also applies to the following dialogs:
- Print Definition Creation Options dialog—Used for specifying properties for new print definitions. Opens when you select Manually Specified Options in the Create Print Definitions dialog () in Print Organizer.
- Print Styles dialog—Used for applying print definition properties to new or existing print definitions. Opens when you select in Print Organizer, and then select a print style.

| Levels tab | Contains controls used to turn on/off levels by specifying level override entries for new or existing DGN/DWG print definitions. |
| References tab | Contains controls used to turn on/off references by specifying File/Reference override entries for new or existing DGN/DWG print definitions. |
