Creating Parametric Elements

Parametric elements are basically profile driven 3D elements which are extracted from 2D profiles. Various complicated elements can be easily created from profiles, once you have applied desired shape and constraints to it.

Following tools let you quickly create 3D elements in your design, typically by using push-pull technology:

Solids:
You can access these tools from: Modeling > Solids > Create Solids
Surfaces:
You can access these tools from: Modeling > Surfaces > Create Surfaces
