To Create an HTML Document from a Saved View

Select File > Tools > HTML Author .
The HTML Author dialog opens.
Select the Saved Views radio button.
Click OK.
The Select Design File dialog opens.
Select the file containing the desired saved view and click Open.
The Design File Walkthrough dialog opens.
Adjust any settings as necessary and click OK.
The Create HTML File dialog opens.
Adjust any settings as necessary and click OK.
The HTML document is created and stored in the directory defined in the Create HTML File dialog's File Name field. If Display File In Browser is checked, clicking OK also opens your default Web browser to display the document. You can publish the document on the Internet by uploading it to a Web server.
