Configuring a Transmittal Rejection - Manual Method

The preferred method of setting up email notifications for AssetWise CONNECT Edition deliverables, is via the supplied Powershell scripts. In the event that installation errors occur while running the scripts, you can follow these steps to manually configure the transmittal rejection email.

Note: The ALIM Web URL must be defined before an email rejection can be sent.

On the AssetWise installation server, navigate to C:\Program Files\Bentley\eB\Server\Engines.
Confirm that the MailDistribution folder exists, otherwise create it.
Copy RejectTransmittal.xslt from [Deployment_directory]\common\Email Notifications\notification.xslts into the MailDistribution folder.

The transmittal rejection email is configured.

Note: If this is the first time that the rejection transmittal is configured, you must regenerate the EC schema.
