Modify Member End Offsets dialog

This dialog is used to rigidly offset a frame member end from a joint to model the offset conditions existing at the ends of frame members.

Opens when the End Offsets tool is selected on the Member ribbon tab in the Edit group.

Start node offsets
SettingDescription
Direction Select either the Local or Global axis system for assigning offset distances from the start node.
Along X Offset parallel to the global X axis.
Along Y Offset parallel to the global Y axis.
Along Z Offset parallel to the global Z axis (i.e., vertical).
Along x Offset parallel to the local x axis (i.e, along the members longitudinal axis).
Along y Offset parallel to the local y axis.
Along z Offset parallel to the local z axis.
End node offsets
