Add Circular Opening dialog

This dialog is used draw regular polygonal openings with a specified radius and number of facets. This is used to model a circular opening for the meshed finite element model.

Opens when the Circular Opening tool is selected on the Model ribbon tab in the Create group.

Control	Description
Radius	The radius of the opening.
Number of facets	The number of facets to use for the polygon used to approximate a circle.
