- Depth of angle (i.e., length of the leg along the
local y-axis)

- Width of angle (i.e., length of the leg along the
local z-axis)
- TF
- Thickness of angle leg
- R
- Radius of gyration about principal axis, shown as
r(Z-Z) in the AISC manual (this must not be zero)
- AY
- Shear area in local y-axis. If zero, shear
deformation is ignored in the analysis.
- AZ
- Shear area in local z-axis. If zero, shear
deformation is ignored in the analysis.
Tip: If adding an user-provided table angle in the user
interface, you can have the program calculate R, AY, and AZ values.
