View - Extents

Selecting View > Extents opens the Select Extents dialog. With this dialog, you can specify a section of the model to display by indicating a story range and/or specific coordinates.

Setting	Description
Display Story Range group	You can select the precise stories you want to view in the Display Story Range group by selecting the Top story and the Bottom story to be displayed from the corresponding drop-down lists. Clicking OK displays the selected stories with all stories in between included in the view. The rest of the model will be cut away.
Display Coordinate Range group	Alternately, you can enter specific coordinate ranges you wish to display in the Display Coordinate Range box. Clicking OK displays the section of the model that is between the input coordinates. The rest of the model will be cut away. Clicking the Set to Max button followed by clicking OK will return the extents to the full view of the model.
