Slabs can be defined and modeled. Slabs are used in the program, for example, to define the distribution of Surface loads and to determine composite beam properties. If no slab is defined, no automatic tributary load distribution of surface or snow loads will take place. Also, there will be no automatic Live Load reduction, as the tributary areas will be undetermined.
