Layout - Horizontal Braces - Change Materials
The Layout - Horizontal Braces - Change Materials command allows you to change horizontal braces of one material to horizontal braces of a different material.
- From the Material menu, select the material to which a horizontal brace is to be changed.
- Select Layout - Horizontal Braces - Change Materials. The properties of the new Material will be visible. Make changes if desired.
- Click either Single or Fence.
| Setting | Description |

| Single: | Click the target cursor on the horizontal brace whose material you would like to change to the new material. The color of the horizontal brace will change to indicate the present material assignment. Default colors are set at the time of installation but can be modified using the Options - Pen Color command. |
| Fence: | Fence an area in which all horizontal braces will be changed to the new material. The color of the horizontal braces will change to indicate the present material assignment. Default colors are set at the time of installation but can be modified using the Options - Pen Color command. |
Return to the Change Horizontal Brace Material dialog box with the Right Mouse Button or the "D" key.
Return to the Layout - Horizontal Braces menu with the "M" key.
Clicking the Cancel button or selecting any other RAM Modeler Layout command will end the Layout - Horizontal Braces - Change Material command.
