Foundations - Continuous - Change Properties
To change the properties of a Continuous footing that has already been modeled:
- Select the layout type containing the footing that is to be changed.
- Select the Layout - Foundations - Continuous - Change Properties command.
- Check the item or items to be changed in the Items to Change box. Only those properties that have been selected there will be changed. The others will retain their current value.
- Type the Reinforcement, Footing, or Tolerance values that are to be assigned to the footing or footings. Refer to the Foundation manual for information on how these values are used in the design of Continuous footings.
- Select either Single to change one Continuous footing at a time or Fence to change all Continuous footings within a fenced area.

| Single: | Click the target cursor on the Continuous footing that is to be changed. |
| Fence: | Fence an area in which all Continuous footings are to be changed. |
Return to the Change Continuous Footing Properties dialog box with the Right Mouse Button or the "D" key.
Return to the Layout - Foundations menu with the "M" key.
Clicking the Cancel button or selecting any other RAM Modeler Layout command will end the Layout - Foundations - Continuous - Change Properties command.
