RAM Frame contains a library of 3D beam, brace, column and wall elementsxe "Stiffness Formulations". Both buildings and industrial structures can be modeled using a combination of these basic elements. The element stiffness properties, assumptions and limitations of these elements are discussed in this section. All the elements are assumed to be linear elastic and obey the small deflection assumption.
