Continuous Footing - Material Properties Tab
The Material Properties tab is used to redefine the material parameters for the current footing
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Steel | This overwrites the reinforcement Stress capacity. |
| Concrete | This provides the ability to overwrite the concrete stress capacity (f'c), the Tension stress capacity if lightweight concrete is used (fct) , concrete weight density, and Concrete Elastic modules. |
Changes to any property on this tab will invalidate the current design. The View Results and Update Database buttons will gray and will not be available again until a ReDesign in done.
If the Update Database command is issued, the dimensional and reinforcement data from this tab will be saved along with the design of this footing.
