If all commands are grayed
out in the
ProjectWise Extension to ArcMap toolbar, this is
because the
ProjectWise Extension is disabled in ArcMap. To
resolve this, in ArcMap, select
Customize > Extensions
and in the Extensions dialog, select the
Bentley ProjectWise Extension entry. Make sure
that the check box to the left of the entry name is checked ON and click the
Close button. The
Login icon in the ProjectWise Extension toolbar
is now enabled.
If the Use ArcMap's View
Extent is always disabled when defining spatial search criteria, it is because
the active ArcMap document does not have a spatial location in
ProjectWise. To resolve this, a spatial location
should be assigned to the document in
ProjectWise (see
Assigning
Spatial Locations).
