Assigning Forms to Users

You can assign forms to users. When you assign forms to users, the user is allowed to edit the assigned forms.

  1. Select the checkbox next to the form or forms that you want to assign.
  2. Select Actions > Assign Selected Forms to a User. The Assign User to Selected Forms dialog box opens.
  3. To find the user you want to assign the form to, do one of the following:

    In the dropdown, type the name of the user you want to assign the form to.

    or

    Select the dropdown button to see a list of all the users in your organization in alphabetical order and select the user you want to assign the form to.

  4. Select Update Forms.
The form is assigned to the user you selected. The form displays in the My Open Forms section of the user's Form Register.
