Importing Forms from Project Search

To find forms already available in your organization that you want to copy and re-use or customize, do the following:

  1. From Forms Manager, select the Search Projects menu option. The Search for Forms window displays. By default, the recent projects are listed. You can select a project to view the forms that are available in that project, or continue searching.
  2. Select the search box. A dialog box displays where you can choose search options.
  3. Choose one of the following options:

    Search project only - Allows you to search for projects that match your search. Select a project from the search results to see any forms available in the project.

    or

    Search forms only - Allows you to search for forms that match your search.

    or

    Search all - Allows you to search for both projects and forms that match your search.

  4. Enter your search query in the search box and press Enter. The search results display. If the search results include projects, you can select a project to see the categories included in the project. If you select a category, the forms in the category display.
  5. When you have found the form you would like to use, select Import. The form appears in the Forms list which opens from the My Forms section, where you can make any edits or manage the form. For more information about the My Forms section, click here.
