To Assign a Workspace Profile to a Document, Using the Document Properties Dialog

Select a MicroStation or AutoCAD document.
Select Document > Properties.
The Document Properties dialog opens.
Select the Workspace tab.
Set Workspace Type to Workspace Profile.
The Level associations list changes to Workspace Profile. If the document currently inherits a workspace profile from its parent folder, the name of the workspace profile appears in the Workspace Profile list, with the parent folder's name in parentheses. For example, if MicroStation (dgn) appears in the Workspace Profile list, it means that MicroStation is the name of the workspace profile, and dgn is the name of the parent folder.
Do one of the following:

To change or assign a workspace profile to the selected document, select a workspace profile from the Workspace Profile list.

or
If you do not want the document to have any workspace profile, set Workspace Profile to <none> (Don't inherit).

Values in the list get populated according to the properties of the selected workspace profile.
Click OK.
