To Assign or Change an Environment When Creating a Folder or Project

When creating a folder or project, the environment of the new folder or project is automatically set to the environment of the parent folder or project. Before you finish creating the folder or project, you can assign or change the environment as needed.

When creating a folder, in the Create Folder dialog, select an environment from the Environment list or select <none> if you do not want any environment assigned to this folder.
When creating a project, on the Define the project root folder properties page of the Project Creation Wizard, select an environment from the Environment list or select <none> if you do not want any environment assigned to this project. The Environment Description displays below the selected environment.
