When you move a document with versions, the versions must always move together with the active version. It is not possible to move the active version without also moving its versions, nor is it possible to move just one version of a document.
Whether or not you can move documents that have versions is determined by a datasource setting in ProjectWise Administrator. If this setting is on, you can move documents and their versions; if the setting is off, you cannot.
Just like moving regular documents, to move a document and its versions, your user settings Document - Create and Document - Delete must both be on, and you must have permission to delete documents in the source folder, and permission to create documents in the target folder.
