To Reject a Submittal

If you plan on rejecting each document in a submittal, consider rejecting the entire submittal instead. You can reject a submittal without acknowledging it, or even after acknowledging it. Once a recipient rejects the entire submittal, then the submittal is considered to be rejected by that recipient's organization, and no other responses can be sent from other recipients belonging to the same organization (recipients from other organizations can still respond, or reject).

Go to the Incoming tab.
Open the submittal from the list.
Click the menu in the upper right corner and select Reject package.

The Reject package window opens.
Enter a rejection reason and click Reject package.

A notification email is sent to the person who issued the submittal.
