To Modify a Messaging Agent

The Messaging Agent Properties dialog contains all the settings you configured using the New Messaging Agent Wizard. Use one of the following methods to open the Messaging Agent Properties dialog and edit the properties of an existing messaging agent.

Double-click any messaging agent, or right-click any messaging agent and select Properties.
This opens the Messaging Agent Properties dialog to the General tab. From here you can modify the main properties of the messaging agent, or click to the other tabs described below.
Right-click any messaging agent and select All Tasks > Add Recipient.
This opens the Messaging Agent Properties dialog to the Recipients tab. From here you can add recipients to or remove recipients from the messaging agent.
If the selected messaging agent is a workflow messaging agent, right-click the messaging agent and select All Tasks > Attach Workflow State.
This opens the Messaging Agent Properties dialog to the Workflow states tab. From here you can add a state to or remove a state from the messaging agent.
