To Copy or Move an Environment from One Datasource to Another
- Log in to both datasources.
- In the source datasource, select one or more environments under the Environments node and select Copy or Cut (move), depending on which operation you want to perform.

In the target datasource, right-click the
Environments node and select
Paste.
You can also copy environments just by dragging them from one datasource to another. To move environments, you also have to press the <Shift> key (and keep it pressed) as you drop the environments into the Environments node. The <Shift> key changes the copy into a move.

When prompted, click
Yes to confirm that you want to copy or move
the selected environments.
When you copy or move an environment, the attributes (including the properties), the interfaces (including any attribute layout pages), and the document code (including any document code restrictions) are also copied over to the new environment in the target datasource.
