To Change the Name or Description of a State from Within a Workflow

  1. Under the Workflows node, select a workflow containing states.
  2. In the list of states to the right, right-click the state to be modified and select Properties.

    The State Properties dialog opens.



  3. On the General tab, modify the name or description of the state.
  4. Click OK.
