To Export Rendition Profiles and/or Rendition Profile Components from ProjectWise Administrator

  1. Do one of the following:

    Right-click Renditions and select Export All.

    or

    Under Renditions, right-click Rendition Profiles and select Export Rendition Profiles.

    or

    Under Renditions, right-click Rendition Profile Components and select Export Rendition Profile Components.

    or

    Under Rendition Profile Components, right-click Source File Presentation Settings and select Export Presentations.

    or

    Under Rendition Profile Components, right-click Output File Formats and select Export Formats.

    or

    Under Rendition Profile Components, right-click Output File Naming Conventions and select Export File Names.

    or

    Under Rendition Profile Components, right-click Output Destination Folders and select Export Destinations.

    The Save As dialog opens.

  2. Select a local folder to export the rendition profiles and/or components to, enter a name for the script file, then click Save.

    The dialog opens displaying the progress of the export.

  3. When export is complete, click Close.
