After installing ProjectWise Explorer with iDesktop Integration support for Microsoft Office, in order to use integrated Word or Excel, you must add 'Bentley Systems' to Microsoft Office's Trusted Publishers list by opening integrated Word or Excel, and then when prompted, selecting to trust all content from this publisher ('Bentley Systems'). You only need to do this once. For example, if you add 'Bentley Systems' to the Trusted Publishers list through integrated Word, then the next time you open integrated Word or Excel, you will not be prompted about it again.
