One of the options in the PlantWise Model Comparison dialog is to create a merge file. If this option is selected, the you will need to enter a name for the file (the default value is the name of the current model). This file will save the data generated by the comparison in a .mrg file saved in the \scripts subdirectory. The Merge command then allows you to apply the changes saved in the .mrg file to any other model in the project.

The Merge command works by importing one or more .mrg files that were created during the execution of the Compare command into a model.
