These constants are those related to the positioning of control valves.

| Actuator Clearance | The distance between the top of a control valve actuator and the bottom of a manifold bypass line.

| Elevation | The distance above grade at which control valves are positioned.

| Thickness | The thickness or width of a control valve manifold’s obstacle space.
