EC Project Setup Variables
There are six Project Setup variables that control the behavior of EC Data exchange, and one that controls the publishing of i-models.
Those variables are:

| Default Pipe Class | This will be to assign a pipe class to pipes that do not have a class specified when importing data. |
| Default Pipe Commodity | This will be to assign the commodity to pipes that do not have a commodity specified when importing data. |
| Default Pipe Nominal Diameter | This will be used as the input diameter for pipes that do not have a diameter specified when importing data. |
| EC Data import program |
This is the full name (including the .exe extension) of the program that is to be used to import data directly. The default value is "PWAxsysECData.exe" which is a program that was written to query AXSYS.Process for design data. This variable could be changed to "ECExchangeSampleApplication.exe", for example, if you want to obtain data from another source, or change the items queried for data. When PlantWise is installed, a sample query (Conceptual.ecexchange.xml) that can be used with ECExchangeSampleApplication.exe is installed in the user's documents folder. |
| EC Data import program path | Is the fully qualified path of where to find the application specified by EC Data import program. |
| Open Plant Schema File | The schema that is used for data transfer. |
Setup variable that is used for publishing i-models.
