Data Acquisition Settings

Layout and Toolbar

Data Acquisition consists of a toolbar and a table displaying the existing imports.

Setting	Description
Create New Import	Allows you to select source data, specify the import details and create an import.
Refresh	Refreshes the data in the table.
Search	Allows you to search for imports.

Table of Imports

The imports table displays all imports and their most relevant information. In the More menu you find available actions.

Setting

Description

Name

Displays the name of the Import.

Type

Displays the import type.

Schedule

Displays the defined schedule for re-starting the import automatically. If in the Schedule section Manually was selected, the Schedule column shows None.

Last Sync

Only available for imports which are restarted automatically according to a defined schedule. The column displays when the import has been started the last time.

Version

When an import is re-imported, the version is counted up by one. The column displays how often an import has been imported.

State

Displays the state of an import.

Setting	Description
Loading	A just created import is loading until the status changes to Draft.
Draft	Saved but not started import.
Running	Import has been started and is still processing.
Succeeded	All Elements were imported successfully. At least one element could not be imported.
Queued	Import is waiting to run.
Failed	No element could be imported.

Opens the context menu of an import.

Start Import

Starts or re-starts the import. The button is displayed in the More menu of an import. It is active for imports in Draft, Succeeded and Failed state.

Delete

Deletes the import. The button is displayed in the More menu of an import. It is active for imports in Draft state.
